Manage the end-to-end material purchasing process, including monitoring shipments until they safely reach PT BIG.
Persyaratan
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 1 year (1–3 years preferred) of proven experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with a strong focus on sourcing and purchasing imported materials.
- Language
- Business-level proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for correspondence, price negotiations, and daily communication with international suppliers.
- Import Procedures
- Solid understanding of import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international trade terms (Incoterms e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).
- Import Documentation
- Accustomed to handling international shipping documents, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin (COO).
- Data & ERP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data and pricing analysis, and familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Mobility
- Willingness to travel for business trips or supplier site visits as required.
- Attention to Detail
- Highly meticulous in verifying procurement documents to prevent delays or issues during customs clearance.
- Negotiation & Communication
- Effective communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Time Management
- Strong ability to closely track shipment statuses to ensure the on-time arrival of materials.
